Reso 1679RESOLUITON NO. 1679 12 ASAC-92 OF THE ARCETTECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMIC= OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ® RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A LIGHTING PLAN FOR NEW ATM's AT AN EXISTING BANK. APPLICANT: G. Swanson Construction PROPERTY OWNER: Bank of America ADDRESS: 20563 Stevens Creek Blvd., Cupertino, CA 95014 PR JEGT LOCATION: North side at Stevens Creek Blvd., 170 ft. East of Bandley Dr. FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application. 1) That the safety of Cupertino citizens and users of ATM's are of utmost importance. 2) That the lighting plan sufficiently lights the parking and ATM areas as required by Division 4 of the California Finance Code without detracting form the appearance of the building and site. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Lighting Plan set (9 sheets) dated March 4, 1992 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
