OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMING APPROVAL OF A FENCED ENCLOSURE FOR SOIL CLEAN UP EQUIPMENT AT
AN EXISTING SERVICE STATION.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) The fenced enclosure will not detract from the appearance of the site
and is necessary for the protection of individuals and the equipment.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon the Site Plan exhibit, dated January 6,
1992 and Fence elevation, except as may be amended by conditions
enumerated herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of February, 1992 at the regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
