RESOLUITON NO. 1674
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN
EXISTING COMMERCIAL BUILDING.

ADDRESS: 920 W. Fremont Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA
PROJECT' LOCATION: North side of Stevens Creek Blvd., approximately 400 ft.
East of De Anza Blvd.
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) The proposed sign as conditioned herein is consistent with title 17 of
the Cupertino Municipal Code.
2) Resolution 1294 of application ASAC 51,726.1 is amended to include
Green as a choice for building sign colors.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon sign elevation criteria exhibit, dated
January 2, 1992, except as may be amended by conditions enumerated
herein.
10) The proposed sign shall have green (#519 Acrilite) plex face rather
than a clear plex face.
11) The sign program, as outlined in resolution 1294, is updated to
include the color green for building mounted signs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of February, 1992 at the regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
