OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMNBTI'EE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN EXISTING OFFICE
BUILDING.

PRX= LOCATION: Northwest corner Stevens Creek Blvd. and Randy lane.
FIlWINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) That the proposed monument sign is consistent with title 17 of the
Cupertino Municipal Code, as conditioned herein.
2) That a fourth tenant name is approved for the monument sign because
the site meets the 200 ft. rule criteria, Sign Ordinance section
17.24.260, and because no building mounted signs may be approved in
the future.
CONDITIONS:
1) The approval is based upon sign photograph exhibit dated February 10,
1992, and letter from WDT dated February 7, 1992, except as may be
is amended by conditions enumerated herein.
2) The address numbers shall remain at the top portion of the sign. The
remaining lower portion of the sign may be divided equally to
accommodate four (4) tenant names within the area above the height of
lighting and the indent.
3) No building mounted signs may be approved in the future.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of February, 1992 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
