APPLICANT: Bottegas Centex PROPEM OWNER: Watkins Commercial Properties ADDRESS: 20735 Stevens Creek Boulevard PR0.TF7C.T IOCATION: Northeast corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Bandley Drive The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) That approval is granted for the monument sign because of the lack of street frontage visibility, and economic hardship. CDNDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon site plan sign location exhibits and sign elevation exhibit labled Exhibit A and revised January 27, 1992 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) The address numbers shall be placed on the monument sign and shall be 3 to 4 inches. 11) The sign shall be located outside the sidewalk site triangle as demonstrated on standard detail 7-6. 12) The second building mounted sign for the Strings restaurant as approved by Resolution 1597 is no longer approved. 13) The Address Number shall be removed from the building facia. 14) All signs for the building and monument signs shall be blue #2114 Polycast or equivelent. 15) The monument sign size shall be limited to 50 sq. ft. of sign mass. Sign mass shall be measured between the post and from the highest point to the lowest adjoining finished grade between the post.
