PROJECT' LOCATION: West side of Franco Court, 140 feet south of
Homestead Road.
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) 1hat the storage building is necessary for the protection of vital
emergency equipment for the community.
2) That the storage building will not be detrimental to the adjacent
properties.
1) The approval is based upon site plan and photographs of the proposed
building except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
