OF THE ARCEMTECIURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERrINO,
RECCHMENDING TBAT CITY COUNCIL INITIATE A PUBLIC BEARING TO MODIFY TTIT-E
17 OF THE CUPERTINO MUNICIPAL CODE PJDGUIATING SIGNS.
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this issue:
1) That the current sign ordinance is in need of modification to bring
the ordinance up to date with current ASAC and City Council
expectation, current laws, and to correct ineqities and language.
2. That ASAC understands staff time constraints and priorities with
completing the General Plan.
3) That staff time be allocated to start the review process in May, 1992
in order to stop any further delay in the ordinance change.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, 1992 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Cmmnittee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
