voiced concerns about fire hazards from improper storage of
combustibles, and from noise impacts resulting from children's play
activities, such as use of the storage shed wall as a soccer ball
backstop.

- Siting: In response to neighbor''s concerns, ASAC majority imposed
conditions 10 and 11 requiring fire safety and noise protection
standards, but allowed the shed to remain at the southeast corner of the
southerly lawn area. Dissenting minority requested applicant and
neighbors to negotiation an alternative location prior to final Council
action.
