I have been bullied by her on · nextdoor. She abused her lead status on nextdoor and after my complaints nextdoor removed her as a neighborhood lead. Her behavior on nextdoor is extremely antagonizing when she does not agree with neighbors. This form of behavior is not fitting for a commission. We have seen how appointing citizens with antagonizing behavior has played out in our city, with the appointment of RWang. We do not need a repeat of that. C.-C I ( L l ( LA:> Tessa Parish-Parks & Rec interview Proposed projects: In line with the 2020 General Plan of providing more services to the Seniors. In most ancient cultures seniors hold a key position of bringing wisdom to the community. If given the opportunity I would like to propose and work on a multi-functional/multi-faceted program that would involve the growing senior community, youth & adults. Seniors are invited to improve our city: 1. Propose a surveyed program that involves the seniors the opportunity to teach their wisdom to our youth or general community. 2. Offer classes or help from the surveyed senior community to the youth or general community: For example, if there is a master gardener _and the 4Hers need planter boxes and a garden at McClelland park, they Parks & Rec commission can help bring them together. 3. This would bring in our young adults, youth and seniors and strengthen our community through collaboration and cooperation. The Pulse of the City: This project is something I've been considering for a while. How to REALLY survey the city. While working with the Tech commission, implement several pilot programs to MORE efficiently survey the city by using the demographic stats to reach them. I have many ideas on this. I would love to have more time to work on it. Thank you for your consideration. Tessa Parish
