PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 140
® WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received the
application of R. Cali 8c Bro. for a USE PERMIT for
a Gas Station, northwest corner of Ii',.gjza9 �-
; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has not met the burden of proof required
to support his said application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits and other
evidence submitted in this matter, the application for the USE PERMIT be,

denied for these same reasons:
The application is not presently an integral part of a
comprehensive commercial development and second, the Planning
Commission has received protests from the neighboring home
owners.

and that the Secretary be, and is hereby directed to notify the parties
affected by this decision.
