Reso 142 File No. 87-Z-63 Zone- Change PLANNING COIISSION RESOLUTION NO. 142 410 RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOM- MENDING GRANTING A ZONE CHANGE FROM AN R,,1:B-=2 ZONE TO AN R-2-H ZONE. WHEREAS, the attached application has been submitted to ';.ie City of Cupertino requesting a change of zone in the zoning regular:•:tons of the City rom an R. :B-2 District to an R72-H District; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held at least one phlic hear- ing in regard to the application on the date as noted on said applica- tion; and PlanningCommission. dulyconsidered and heard all- WHERE_..5, the C mmzs has evidence submitted in regard to said application; and m , WHEREAS, the necessary public -:.c: ces have been given f2 required by the zoning ordinance of the Cite . Cupertino. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE'::. 1. That the Planning Commission finds that the proposed zone change: (a) Encourages the _most appropriate use of land, 410 (b) Conserves and stabilizes the value of property, c) Provides for adequate open spaces for light and air, d) Permits adequate control of fires, { e Promotes the health, safety and public welfare, f Provides for the orderly development of the City, g Is advantageous to the property and improvements in the zoning district and neighborhood in which the property is located; 2. That said Planning Commission, therefore, reports favorably to the City Council in the matter of granting said zone change. Said ap- proval to be subject to the following conditions: Exhibit B, items 1-12 13.
