PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 172
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received
the application of SHELL OIL COMPANY for a USE PERMIT for a service sta-
tion; and
WHEREAS,_. the applicant has met the burden of proof required to
support his said application.
NOW, THEREFORE, . .BE IT RESOLVED:
That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits and other
evidence submitted in this matter, the application for the USE PERMIT be,
and the same is hereby granted, subject to . the following conditions;

g. Is advantageous to the property and improvements in the
zoning district and neighborhood in which the property is
