PLANNING COMMISSIoNDESOLUTION NO, 179
WHEREAS, the Planning, Commission of the City of Cupertino received
the application of Frederick J. and Emma Luippold for a USE PERMIT for
a convalescent hospital and rest home; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has met the burden of proof required to
support his said application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That after careful consideration of maps, fats, exhibits and
other evidence submitted in this matter, the application for the USE
PERMIT be, and the same is hereby granted, subject to the following
conditions:
1-12 Exhibit B
13 Reach a satisfactory agreement with the City Staff
• for a 401 - 1/2 street from Homestead Road - Eminent
domain proceedings may be necessary.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the report of findings attached hereto be approved and
adopted, and that the Secretary be, and is hereby directed to notify
the parties affected by this decision.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Cup-
ertino, State of California, this 9th day of December,. 1963, by the
