Reso 1787 29-TM-77 RESOLUTION NO. 1787 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ® RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO ADJUST A PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN TWO LOTS OF RECORD APPLICANT: Griffin & Murren Construction ADDRESS: 1255 Kentwood Ave. , San Jose, California SUBMITTED: October 27, .1977 LOCATION: Adjacent to and easterly of Crescent Road opposite the intersection of Crescent Road and Hillcrest Road FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: • Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meet- ing of December 12, 1977. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 29-TM-77 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 16. That if the septic tank serving Parcel B is located within the proposed realignment area, it will be necessary to hook up the home on Parcel B to the sanitary sewer, and .remove and/or fill in the septic tank per the requirements of the Santa Clara County Health Department and the City'of Cupertino Department of Public Works. 17. That this approval is subject to City Council adoption of the General Plan Policy .Amendment permitting the reconfiguration of substandard legal lots of record.
