Reso 1731 4-U-89 RESOLUTION NO. 1731 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN EXISTING LANDSCAPING FOR A PROPOSED SECOND STORY ADDITION APPLICANT: Peninsula Bible Church PROPERTY OWNER: Peninsula Bible Church APPLICANTS ADDRESS: 10062 Miller Avenue,Suite 108 PROJECT LOCATION: 10601 N.Blaney Avenue FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) Existing landscaping is adequate to meet Planning Commission requirements of Condition 10,Resolution No. 4164. CONDITIONS: 1) The approval is hao'd upon the site plan dated 7/26/93. 2) The property owner of house No.3,on the north side of Cedar Tree Lane,shall be contacted by certified letter, offering tree planting in their back yard as a condition to the Church second story addition. The property owner will be offered a maximum of three trees of 15 gallon size each. They shall have the choice of tree type with a maximum cost of S150.00 per tree,including planting costs.Further,they shall be required to respond to this offer within 21 days from the notice. If no response if received,the church will not be responsible to further pursue the matter.The the property owner does want tree planting,the planting shall be completed prior to the final building inspection.
