ADDRESS: 20823 Stevens Creek Blvd. , Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: June 24, 1977 LOCATION: Easterly of and adjacent to Beardon Drive at the northeast corner of the intersection of Beardon Drive and Greenleaf Drive FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Denial is recommended subject to the subconclusions as set forth in the Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of September 12, 1977, and the findings as stated below: 1. Full development of the subject site in a conventional low density residential manner is inappropriate because of the lack of interface with existing or future uses within the North De Anza Boulevard Conceptual Planning Area. 2.
