OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING THE ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 802
REGULATING ADULT-ORIENTED COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES
The Planning Commission, at its meeting of April 25, 1977, reviewed the
above referenced ordinance and does by the following vote recommend that
the ordinance be adopted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 1977, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Blaine, Gatto, Markkula, Chairman Koenitzer
