Reso 2181 80,047 411 RESOLUTION NO. 2181 (Minute Order) OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THAT THE CITY NOT CREATE NEW ORDINANCES TO REGULATE THE DESIGN AND LOCATION OF CERTIFIED MOBILE HOMES PURSUANT TO SENATE BILL 1960. THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S RECOMMENDATION IS BASED UPON A FINDING THAT UNATTRACTIVE METAL CLAD, SINGLE- WIDTH, MOBILE HOMES WILL PROBABLY NOT BE PLACED ON EXPENSIVE SINGLE-FAMILY LOTS.
