FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) The proposed lighting is consistent with the City's illumination
standards.
2) The proposed lighting is not detrimental to the health, Safety, and
general welfare of persons living or working in the City.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
• extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based on Lighting Plan exhibits of Application ASAC
51,888.1, except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
