FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) The proposed addition is consistent with all requirements of the Ri-C
Ordinance No. 664.
2) The proposed addition is consistent with the architectural theme of the
development.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
• extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is baspr7 on Site Plan, Floor Plan, and Elevations of
Application ASAC 51,886.1, except as may be amended by conditions
enumerated herein.
