1110 OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR AN EXISTING RETAIL
CENTER

PROJECT LOCATION: NORTHWEST CORNER BLANEY AVE. AND BOL INGER RD.
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) Agreement between the two parties involved will provide an acrpptable
solution for screening and beautifying the retail center.
2) The placement of landscaping conforms to the direction given by the
City Council at the Nuisence abatement hearing.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon planting proposal exhibit dated March 14,
1990 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
10) The applicant and the owner of 10775 La Roda Ct. shall agree upon a
species of shrub to be placed in the subject planter with final
approval by staff. The shrub species shall not grow higher than 8
feet, be compatible with direct sunlight, and have a low water usage.
11) An irrigation system shall be installed which is appropriate for the
type of landscaping installed. The irrigation system shall be
certified by a registered Landscape Architect as to its water
conserving characteristics. The system shall be approved by staff
prior to installation.

the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
