® RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM FOR
AN EXISTING OFFICE/INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

FINDINGS
1) The directional signs not orient-ad to a public street are exempt
pursuant to Section 17.16.010A of the Cupertino Municipal Code.
2) The signs requiring approval are consistent with Title 17 of the
Cupertino Municipal Code.
3) The location of the signs are in conformance with Standard Detail 7-6.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
® herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based on sign package for 19333 and 19191 Vallco
Parkway dated April 23, 1990 except as many be amended by conditions
enumerated herein.
