Reso 1533 ASAC 51,892.1 RESOLUTION No. 1533 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO 41 APPROVING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN EXISTING OFFICE BUILDING APPLICANT: Jon Rayden PROPERTY OWNER: West Valley Companies, Inc. APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 10121 Miller Avenue PROJECT LOCATION: 350 ft. east of Stevens Creek Bld. & Miller Ave. FINDINGS 1) The sign program meets the requirements of Title 17 of the Cupertino Municipal Code. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based on Sheets A-1, A-2, A-3, A-4 dated May 10, 1990 except as many be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) The height of the sign shall not exceed 6 ft. with the overall size of the sign not exceeding more than 50 sq. ft. per side 11) The color of the logo on the building and the monument sign shall be white with light blue background. The tenant names on the monument sign shall be light blue with white background. 12) One of the five lettering styles indicated on Sheet A-4 shall be chosen as the uniform lettering style for all tenant names. 13) The monument sign shall have external lighting with type and intensity approved by Staff. The monument sign shall not have internal lighting.
