RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN ANTENNA TOWER LOCATED IN
A MINI-STORAGE SITE

FINDINGS
1) The proposed antenna meets the requirements of Ordinance 220g,
Section 28.
2) The proposed antenna will not be detrimental to the public health,
safety, and general welfare.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.

9) The approval is based on Exhibit A-1 dated April 18, 1990 except as
many be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 1990 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
