OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PRECISE LANDSCAPING
PLAN FOR A FUTURE HOTEL SITE

PROJECT LOCATION: Easterly of the southwest corner Stevens
Creek and De Anza Boulevards
FINDINGS
1) Approval of the precise landscaping plan is in conformance with City
Council action of 4-U-86.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based on Doubletree Hotel Landscaping Plan dated
April 16, 1990 except as many be amended by conditions enumerated
herein.
10) A registered Landscape Architect shall certify that the landscape
and irrigation plans are in conformance with the xeriscape
guidelines. '
11) The Texas Privet as indicated on the plant palette will be replaced
by another species requiring less water.
