Reso 1537 • ASAC 51,392.23 RESOLUTION NO. 1537 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE ® OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A REVISED PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN EXISTING OFFICE BUILDING APPLICANT: Reel Grobman & Associates PROPERTY OWNER: Sobrato Development Co. APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 38 W. Santa Clara San Jose, California 95113 PROJECT LOCATION: 10700 N. DeAnza FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) The proposed signs are consistent with Title 17 of the 'Cupertino Municipal Code. 2) Due to extraordinary circumstances, the address is inappropriate for this monument sign. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. . 9) The approval is based upon sign elevation dated May 1, 1990 and Exhibit A-i dated March 5, 1990 of Application ASAC 51,392.23 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) The monument sign shall be 4 ft. high and 12 ft. wide. 11) A new tree shall be planted to replace the existing tree if removed. Final placement and tree species shall be subject to staff review. 12) The letter colors shall be dark bronze and the monument sign shall be light beige to match the main building.
