RESOLUTION NO. 05-130
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF LANDS OF NGUYEN, LOCATED AT 22570 SAN
JUAN ROAD, APN 342-18-020 AND AUTHORIZING SIGNING OF FINAL MAP
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and for
authorization to record the final map of Lands of Nguyen, located 22570 San Juan Road,
showing certain avenues, drives, places, and roads; and
WHEREAS, said map has been approved by the City Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
a. Said final map of Lands of Nguyen is hereby approved.
b. The offer of dedication for roadway and for easements is hereby accepted.
c. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said final map.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 16th day of August, 2005, by the following vote:
