1. Inform the community of the issues pertaining to new housing developments
a. Density; low – 2 stories, medium – 3 to 4 stories, high – 5 to 6 stories, extremely high - 7
stories and higher
b. Definition of BRM; ELI, LI, MI, and MR
c. What incomes qualify for BRM housing
d. When qualified for BRM housing, what is the expected monthly rental rate for the
different BRM levels

2. Get community input on the many aspects of housing developments so the City Council has the
information to make decisions that the community supports
a. Does the community support higher densities for additional BRM units
b. Does the community support higher densities for more open space
c. Is the community concerned about traffic increases of additional housing
d. What city areas would the community support more housing
e. Does the community support Community Benefits for increased density
