CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chair Mohanty called the meeting to order at 7:04 pm

NEW BUSINESS
The Commission reordered the Agenda to hear New Business Item No. 8 first.
8. Appoint Commissioner to judge <hack> Cupertino 2020.
Teen Commissioner Kelly Tung spoke regarding the upcoming <hack> Cupertino event.
Ms. Tung stated the Teen Commission needs Judges for the March event.
Commissioners Bollineni and Soundararajan volunteered to judge <hack> Cupertino.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Subject: Approve Minutes from the January 9, 2020 special meeting.
Commissioner Bollineni made a motion to approve the January 9, 2020 Special Meeting
minutes. Commissioner Soundararajan second the motion.
The motion passed 3-0-2.
2. Subject: Approve Minutes from the December 19, 2019 special meeting.
Commissioner Bollineni made a motion to approve the December 19, 2019 Special
Meeting minutes. Commissioner Mohanty second the motion.
The motion passed 2-0-3.
3. Subject: Approve Minutes from the December 4, 2019 special meeting.

Commissioner Soundararajan made a motion to approve the December 4, 2019 special
Meeting minutes. Commissioner Mohanty second the motion.
The motion passed 2-0-3.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the commission
on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three (3) minutes a person. In
most cases, state law will prohibit the commission from making any decisions with
respect to a matter not listed on the agenda.

Commissioner Bollineni made a motion to add Cellular Coverage in the Foothill area to
the next Commission meeting. Commissioner Du second the Motion.
Motion passed unanimously.
WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
4. Subject: Receive Comcast’s Notice of Programming Adjustments.
The Commission received and Filed the letter dated January 21, 2020.
5. Subject: Review Letters from AT&T dated December 12 & 17, 2019.
The Commissions received and Filed the Letters dated December 12 & 17, 2019.
6. Subject: Review Letter from AT&T dated January 16, 2020.
The Commission received and Filed the Letter dated January 16, 2020.
OLD BUSINESS
7. Review 2020 TICC Workplan
The Commission reviewed and discussed the Commission workplan.
Cupertino Resident and Bicycle and Pedestrian Commissioner Ilango Ganga spoke
regarding Commission Workplans. He stated that TICC’s Traffic Management
workplan item is of interest to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Commission. He proposed
collaborating on the item.
Mr. Ganga further stated that future Video Analytics data gathered can be critical to the
Bike Ped by assisting in Bicycle Lane additions.

Staff Liaison Mr. Mitchell updated the Commission on the Commission Workplan
Schedule.

Chair Mohanty provided general comments from the Mayor’s meeting.

The Commission reviewed the Action items List.
11. Subject: Review Activities Calendar.
The Commission reviewed the Activities Calendar.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Bollineni made a motion to adjourn at 8:36 pm. Commissioner
Soundararajan seconded the motion.
The motion passed unanimously.
