Marie Miller Cupertino Parks and Recreation -----Original Message----- From: Kelly Snider [mailto:KSNIDER@tollbrothersinc.com] Sent: Monday, July 11, 2005 11:19 AM To: City of Cupertino Parks and Recreation Subject: feedback from the Senior Commission on a housing proposal? Toll Brothers, Inc. is proposing to construct 80 new apartments designated for low-income seniors in the City of Cupertino. At this stage, we have a conceptual plan and are working closely with the city Planning Department on environmental review and other necessary studies. The apartments would be located in a master planned community on the former HP site on Vallco Parkway. I am interested in meeting with members of the Senior Commission to share our concept plans, discuss Toll Brothers' proposal for senior apartments, and how we can work with the city and the Senior Commission to meet the needs of Cupertino residents. Please contact me at your convenience and let me know how best to share these ideas with the Senior Commission and others interested in senior housing issues in Cupertino. Many thanks, Kelly Kelly Snider Entitlement Manager Toll Brothers, Inc. 2560 North First St. Suite 102 San Jose, CA 95131 T: 408-894-0640 ex. 204 F: 408-894-0645 -3, A~ 9/12/2005
