RESOLUTION NO. 05-186
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A SEMI-RURAL DESIGNATION FOR SCENIC BOULEVARD, EAST OF
CARMEN ROAD
WHEREAS, property owners along the frontages of Scenic Boulevard, east of Carmen
Road have circulated a petition in support of altering their neighborhood designation to semi-
rural; and
WHEREAS, over 2/3 of the property owners have signed in support of waiving sidewalk,
requirements for these streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council hereby approves a
semi-rural designation for Scenic Boulevard, east of Carmen Road.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 1st day of Noyember, 2005, by the following vote:
