• Our property is on curved section of Menhart lane close to Wunderlich drive. Since Menhart Ln curves 900 starting at our
house, it is like a corner lot. Our house is on a triangular lot, with fences on two sides of the lot and a long curved curb in the
front, facing Menhart Ln. The house is setback from the curb and cornered into the intersection of the fences in back.
Consequently, there is no backyard for this house. Our front curb is over 130 feet long and all the open land for this house is
in the front of the house and without fences, there is no privacy and hence our family is unable to effectively use this area.
Given the Covid situation and having to stay at home we are affected by the lack of private outdoor yard for our house.
We are requesting addition of the third fence to create an enclosed yard to socialize with friends and family. The picture
below (Fig. 1) shows the location of our house and the blue lines mark the existing fence we have. We are requesting to add
a fence from the location marked with a star.
