A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
SHENG J. YONG AND JENNY J. LIANG, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS COMMUNITY
PROPERTY WITH RIGHTS OF SURVIVORSHIP, 10078 SANTA CLARA AVENUE,
APN 326-25-044
WHEREAS, Sheng J. Y ong and Jenny J. Liang, husband and wife as community property
with rights of suryivorship has executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in
good and sufficient form, granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, easement over certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of
Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made
a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, located at 10078 Santa Clara Avenue,
APN 326-25-044.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said grant so
tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record said
grant and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 17th day of January, 2006, by the following vote:

The land referred to herein is situated in the State of California. County of Santa Clara,
City of Cupertino. A 5 feet wide street dedication describing as follow:
Beginning at the Southeasterly comer of Lot 6, of Block 4, as said Lot and Block are
shown on that certain Map entitled" Map of Monta Vista, First Addition" Which Map
was recorded April 11, 1917 in Book "P" of Maps, at page 23, Santa Clara County
Records; thence along the arc of a curve to the right, from a tangent, having a radius of
347.00 feet through a central angle of 16°09'31" an arc distance of 97.86 feet; thence N
58° 03' 36" E, 5.07 feet; thence along the arc of a non-tangent curye to the right, having a
