Members of the public wishing comment on an item on the agenda may do so in the following ways: 1) E-mail comments by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 1, to the Commission at TICC@cupertino.org. These e-mail comments will be received by the Staff Liaison before the meeting and posted to the City's website after the meeting . 2) E-mail comments during the times for public comment during the meeting to the Commission at BillM@cupertino.org. The staff liaison will read the emails into the record, and display any attachments on the screen, for up to 3 minutes (subject to the Chair's discretion to shorten time for public comments). Review TICC FY22 Work Program    Mr. Mitchell provided an update:     Adaptive Traffic Signaling: Project underway, progressing very well. Along De Anza from  Homestead to Marianna four intersections includes 280 north and south intersections.  Equipment has been installed, configured completed, testing now.     Multimodal Traffic Count: The above summary applies for this project.t     Climate Monitoring and Noise Measurement: Council combined both Projects under Monitor  Pollution and Noise Environment adjacent to Lehigh and Stevens Creek Quarry.  Add stationary monitors to get real time data as well as noise specifically around Lehigh and  Quarry.     STAFF AND COMMISSION REPORTS  4. Subject: Commissioner Report from the Mayor’s Meeting  Vice Chair Garg provided an update from the July Mayor’s meeting with the  Commissioners.     5.
