Resolution No. 7636: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Cupertino Approving Lot Line Adjustment Between Two Parcels of Land Without a Parcel Map in Accordance with Section 66412(d)...-10.07.1988t^R w.y A r^ n WITI-4 C0V f`'^_.'Mf� 61()3 F\ .� RESOLUTION NO. 7636 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CC7UNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERT NO APFWVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMEN7 BETWEEN TWO PARCELS OF LAND �---- WITHOUT A PARCTM IMP IN ACCORDANCE WiTH SECTION 66412 (d) OF SUBDIVISION MAP ACT AS AMENDED JANUARY 1, 1984, LOT 27, TRACT NO. 5915, aTERTINO MEADowS, SCENIC BCxJLEVARD, AND FMINQUISHING A PORTION OF DEVELOPMENT' RIGHTS WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the staff a lot line adjustment between lots 27 and 29 (common area) of Tract No. 5915; and more particularly described in the attached Exhibits "Al' and "B"; and WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel map is required; and WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map, Act this adjustment may be made without filing a parcel map; and WHEREAS, the City was granted the development rights to Lot 29 (Common Area) by the developer; and WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to relinquish the development rights to that portion of Lot 29 necessary for the lot line adjustment; and WHEREAS, public service easement in this area has previously been vacated by Cup^�:.stiro City Council Resolution No. 4917; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 1. That the City Council of the City of Cupertino hereby approves the aforementioned lot line adjustment and exempts it from the JFEEt\'J�,, requirements of the parcel map. 2. That the City Council hereby approves the relinquishment of development rights to that portion of Le} 29 necessary for the lot line adjustment. 3. That this resolution shall be recorded at the Office of the County Recorder.
