LOCATED ON NORTHWEST CORNER OF CARMEN ROAD AND JANICE AVENUE
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the staff a lot line adjustment
between Lots 67-68 and Lots 56-57 of property located on the northwest
corner of Carmen Road and Janice Avenue described in attached Exhibits "All
and "Big; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 66412(d) of the subdivision Map
Act this adjustment may be made without filing a parcel map;

NOW, TRMTICRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Cupertino hereby approves the aforementioned lot line adjustment and
exenpts it from the requirements of the parcel map.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino this 19th day of September 1988, by the
following vote:

All that certain,real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, being a portion of Sections 56 and 57 as
said sections are shown on the Map of Inspiration Point, Monta Vista, filed
in Book "P" of Maps at page 18, Santa Clara County Records, described as
follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the westerly line of Carmen Roz.3 with the
Common Line between said Section 56 and Section 68 as shown on said Map;
Thence along said Carmen Line and its westerly prolongation 120.24 feet;
thence northerly and parallel with said westerly line of Carmen Road 9.41
feet; thence easterly:and parallel with said Cannon Line 120.24 feet to.said
