A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN TWO PARCELS OF
LAND WITHOUT A PARCEL MAP, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
66412(d) OF THE SUBDIVISION MAP ACT AS AMENDED JANUARY 1,
1984. THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF
NORTH DE ANZA BOULEVARD, 230 FEET SOUTH OF MARIANI AVENUE
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Staff a request for
adjustment of lot line between lots 1 and 2 of a certain 3.07 Acre area
more particularly described in attached Exhibits A and B; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the proposed lot line adjustment
to determine if a Parcel Map is required; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 66412(d) of the Subsivision Map
Act this adjustment may be made without filing of a Parcel Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Cupertino hereby approves the aforementioned lot line adjustment and exempts
it from the requirements of the Parcel Map review process.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino this 6th day of October 1986 by the

All that certain real property situated in the city of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of Parcel "B" as shown upon
that certain Parcel Map recorded in book 477 of maps at page 29,
Santa Clara County Records.
Thence from said Point of Beginning along the Westerly line of
said Parcel "B" North 0° 34' 42" West 197.30 feet.
Thence North 89° 52' 24" East 243.20 feet.
Thence North 0° 07' 36" West 65.00 feet to the Southerly line of
Parcel "B" as shown on that certain Parcel Map recorded in book
469 of maps at page 39, Santa Clara County Records.
Thence along said line North 89° 52' 24" East 268.83 feet to the
Westerly line of De Anza Boulevard.
