Wes► there has been submitted to the staff a lot line adjustment
between Lots 424 and 423 (Inspiration Heights, Monta Vista per 1iP11-Ma ,

page 15) and Lots 198 and 222 (Inspiration Heights, Mbnta Vista per
"PII—Maps Page 13); and more particularly described in the attached
Exhibits "A" and " B11; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map
Act this adjustment may be made without filing a parcel map;
NOW, MER=RE, HE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Cupertino hereby approved the aforementioned lot line adjustment and
exempts it from the requirements of the parcel map.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino this 21 day of October 1985 by the following
vote:

LOT ADJUSTMENT PARCEL
TOGETHER WITH ACCESS EASEMENT
ALL that certain parcel of land, being a portion of the lands joined
with Lot 424 and Lot 423 (Inspiration Heights: Monta Vista per P Maps
15, Santa Clara County Records) upon the abandonment of San Felipe Road
(P Maps 13-15), being also a portion of the westerly half of said
abandoned San Felipe Road, situate in the City of Cupertino, Santa
Clara County, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the common line of Lots 198 and 222 (P
Maps 13) with the centerline of said abandoned San Felipe Road and
running by bearings based on said map of Inspiration Heights; thence,
(1) South 55.92 feet, along the former centerline of said abandoned San
Felipe Road, being also along the now common line of said Lot 198 with
Lots 424 and 423 (said Inspiration Heights: Monta Vista per P Maps
13-15); thence, (2) West 14.00 feet, along remainder of said abandoned
westerly half of San Felipe Road; thence, (3) North 56.00 feet, along
same, to the westerly prolongation of the common line of said Lots 198
and 222; thence (4) South 89040'00" East 14.00 feet, along last,said
prolongation, to the Point of Beginning and containing an area of 783
square feet,
TOGETHER with, an easement for access purposes for the benefit of said
Lot 198 (Inspiration Heights: Monta Vista per P Maps 13-15), over,
under and across a portion of the abovementioned abandoned westerly
half of San Felipe Road and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the same Point of Beginning as mentioned in the
description above; thence, (1) North 89040'00" West 14.00 feet, along
the Westerly prolongation of said Lots 198 and 222, being also along
the northerly line of the above described parcel; thence, (2) North
35.30 feet, along the northerly projection of the westerly line of the
above described parcel, being over, under and across the remainder of
the abovementioned abandoned westerly half of San Felipe Road, to a
point in the southerly line of the street easement dedicated to the
City by Resolutions 6258, 6251, 6311 and 6249; thence, (3) along a non -
tangent curve to the left, whose radius point bears North 1605938"
West for 25.50 feet, through a central angle of 40°16'54" and along an
arc length of 17.93 feet, being also along the southerly line of last
said street easement, to a point in the centerline of said abandoned
San Felipe Road; thence, (4) South 45.98 feet, along last said
centerline, to the Point of Beginning and containing an area of 551
square feet.
