A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES
FROM MIU CHIANG JUE AND CLEMEN JUE, APN 342-44-012,
10545 CORDOVA ROAD
WHEREAS, Miu Chiang Jue and Clemen Jue have executed a Grant of Easement
for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form, granting to the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain real property
for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in
Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, located at 10545 Cordova Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said grant and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 6th day of January, 1997, by the following vote:

All that certain real property situated in the City of Cuper-
tino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, being the south-
easterly five feet of Parcel B, as said Parcel is described in that
certain Document No. 13477987, recorded on October 9, 1996 in the
Recorder of said County and State, said five foot wide strip of land
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most easterly corner of said Parcel B on the north--
westerly line of Cordova Road:
thence along said line also being the southeasterly line of said
Parcel, S44'33'41"W 100.12 feet to the most southerly corner of said
Parcel;
thence along the southwesterly line of said Parcel, N45'26'19"W 5.00
feet;
thence along a line which is parallel with the centerline of Cordova
Road and distant therefrom 25 feet, right angle measure, N44'33'41"E
100.12 feet to the northeasterly line of said Parcel;
thence along said line S45'26'19"E 5.00 feet to the point of begin-
ning.
Containing 500.6 square feet, more or less.
