All that certain real property situated in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, described as follows:
A portion of Lot 17, as shown upon the map entitled, "Tract No. 5990, Rainbow's End",
filed for record on May 22, 1979, in Book 442 of Maps, Pages 12 & 13, Santa Clara
County Records, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the general northwestern boundary of that 30 foot
wide easement designated as "Emergency Access Easement to Upland Way" upon
aforesaid map with the general western line of said Lot 1 7;
thence along said general northwestern boundary of said 30 foot wide easement the
following three (3) courses and distances:
1. Northeasterly on the arc of a non-tangent curve, concave to the northwest, with a
radius of 135.00 feet, the center of which bears North 37o28'l4" West, through a
