Privacy Screening We have received three waivers for privacy planting and screening due to the large row of Cypresses on the West side of the property, as well as various other trees that are already providing ample screening. The only exception to these waivers is one neighbor at the NE corner (22347 McClellan Rd)from whom no waiver was obtained. For this neighbor, the Redwood tree (#7)provides sufficient screening for privacy as the tree #7 is in a healthy condition and is being preserved. No additional privacy screening is necessary.
