Vallco Property Owner, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, grants to the CITY OF
CUPERTINO, a California municipal corporation, a non-exclusive public service and public
utility easement for public utilities and related improvements, together with the right, but not the
obligation, to construct, repair, operate, service and maintain such public utilities and related
improvements which shall be or become necessary for preservation of the public safety, welfare
or convenience, in, on, under, along and across the real property described in Exhibit A and

A public service easement, over, under, and upon that certain strip of land being a portion of
Parcel B, as said Parcel is described and shown upon that certain document entitled "Lot
Merger", recorded January 14, 2019, as Document No. 24097492, Santa Clara County Records,
said public service easement being more particularly described as follows:
