A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 FOR RECONSTRUCTION
OF CURBS, GUTTERS AND SIDEWALKS, PROJECT NUMBER 96-104
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, Califomia, that
Change Order No. 3 for changes to work which has been approved by the Director of
Public Works and this day presented to this Council, be, and it hereby approved in
conjunction with the project known as
RECONSTRUCTION OF CURBS, GUTTERS AND SIDEWALKS,
PROJECT NUMBER 96-104
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation of $26,750.00 from the
Storm Drain Account, 215-415-003, is approved to be transferred to the project account
710-8403-720 to cover this change order.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 18th day of February, 1997, by the following vote:
