Umbrella agreement to facilitate & distribute funding
from MTC3

Recommended Action #1
That City Council adopt the draft resolution
(Attachment A) to:
Authorize City Manager to enter into a Master
Funding Agreement between City & MTC
Recommended Action #2
That City Council consider adopting the draft
resolution (Attachment B) to:
Accept PDA Planning Grant funds from MTC for
the HOC Specific Plan update
Authorize City Manager to execute the
Supplement agreement for the PDA Planning
Grant
Direct staff to present consultant agreement
after Housing Element update certified by HCD
