Subject: Discuss and consider canceling the July and January Commission  Meetings due to lack of business items.     The Commission discussed cancelling the July 2022 and January 2023 meetings.     5 TICC  REGULAR MEETING MINUTES April 6, 2022  Chair Garg made a motion to cancel the July 6, 2022, meeting due to lack of business, and to  consider cancelling the January 4, 2023, meeting as the date approaches. Vice Chair  Bollineni second the Motion.     Motion passes 4‐0, with Commissioner Du absent.    3. Subject: Discuss the return of In‐Person Commission meetings starting May 2022    CTO Mitchell shared beginning on Tuesday, April 19, all City Council, commission, and committee  meetings will return to in‐person meetings. The City Council, Planning Commission, and Parks and  Recreation Commission meetings will offer a virtual option.    He stated this will be the last Teleconferenced Meeting, as this Commission will resume In‐Person  meetings beginning May regular meeting.     Mr. Mitchell emphasized Members of the Public must be present in Conference Room C to  address the Commission.     The Commission thanked Mr. Mitchell.     OLD BUSINESS  4. Subject: Review TICC FY22 Work Program    Mr. Mitchell provided an update:     Adaptive Traffic Signaling and Multimodal Traffic Count: The equipment has been installed,  configured, and operating. Staff will begin analyzing data at the end of June 2022.     Data will be based on the traffic impact gathered from Fall 2021 to date.     The intersections involved are:    DeAnza & Mariani   DeAnza & 280N   DeAnza & 280S   DeAnza & Homestead    Climate Monitoring and Noise Measurement: City staff have retained Envirosuite, and  encumbered funds to initiate the pilot project. The pilot consists of monitoring Pollution and  Noise Environments in the area adjacent to Lehigh and Stevens Creek Quarry by installing  sensors. There will be a public portal for residents to access data.     The Commission thanked Mr. Mitchell for the informative update.       6 TICC  REGULAR MEETING MINUTES April 6, 2022  5.
