Foothill Blvd. (Canyon Crossing) Background November 2, 2021: City Council adopted CMC Chapter 17.04 Standard Environmental Protection Requirements January 13, 2022: City Council approved Resolutions 22-001 & 22-007 Mitigated Negative Declarations for Canyon Crossing & Alan Row 1 2 CC 07-07-2022 Item No. 12 2 Mitigation Measure NOISE-1 & CMC Chapter 17.04 Purpose: Address impacts from construction noise Mitigation Measure NOISE-1 CMC Chapter 17.04 Radius 300 feet of project site 500 feet of project site Timeframe At least 90 days prior to any construction activities At least 10 days prior to any construction activities Applicant Request – Alan Row & Canyon Crossing Amend Mitigation Measure NOISE-1 to comply with CMC Chapter 17.04 Modification of mitigation measure requires addendum to IS/MND Recirculation of CEQA documents & public hearing is not required to approve addendum 3 4 3 Alan Row & Canyon Crossing – Addenda to IS/MND Prepared by PlaceWorks Environmental consultant for both projects & CMC Chapter 17.04 Addenda support determination that: The modification would not change the approved projects Noticing radius would increase by 200’ Noticing would comply with CMC Section 17.04.050(G)(1)(a) Recommended Action That the City Council adopt the following resolutions: ●Resolution No. 22-081 approving a modification to Mitigation Measure NOISE-1 for 22690 Stevens Creek Boulevard (Alan Row) ●Resolution No. 22-082 approving a modification to Mitigation Measure NOISE-1 for 10625 S.
