Re: Apple Infinite Loop Campus
ADA Upgrades
Dear Albert,
Apple continues to generate projects in the six Infinite Loop Camus buildings. We
have decided to take an overall approach to make the necessary modifications and
bring the buildings into compliance with current regulations. Our plan is to
complete the exterior work as a single project rather than piecemeal when required
by each project. We have engaged the services of Kier and Wright Civil Engineers to
design exterior ADA upgrades at the Infinite Loop Campus. Surveying and design
work is current;y underway. We expect to submit for plan check in November and
for work to begin after receipt of permit or authorization to begin (weather
permitting).
The designs for interior restroom modifications are already in your hands and we
have received several of the permits for the work. Some last minute finish changes
have held up our start dates. We have restarted the projects and are now just
waiting for materials to arrive before starting work at 5 Infinite Loop. Other
buildings will follow as we engage contractors and assign project managers. I will
send a building-by-building schedule once we have established our strategy.
We hope that this letter will serve as confirmation of Apple's intentions and that
projecs king place in cne buiidiris wiii not ue iield up ly th fact tlatilz stard-
alone ADA projects are not yet complete.
Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions.
Yours truly,
,
