1- Saw cut and remove existing concrete approximately 17’ x 5’ 7’’
2- Install forms for new concrete sidewalk approximately 17’ x 5.7’’
3- Install base rock as needed with ½ inch rebar
4- Pour new concrete pad with six sack mix concrete .
5- Concrete to have a broom finish and sandstone color.
6- Remove and replace existing mow strip approximately 14’ x 1’
7- Clean all unnecessary materials.
8- Note the existing retaining wall is not included.
Total cost 100% materials and labor $14,800.00
