Electrical Proposal
Dear Mr. Vasquez,
We are pleased to submit our proposal to perform electrical work for the above referenced project. This
proposal was developed from direction provided by the City of Cupertino and a review of the site conducted
by Elcor Electric. Our proposal, with qualifications, is as follows:
Scope of Work
•Remove existing panel board disconnect switch.
•Replace with refurbished GE QMR363.
•A full building shutdown will be required to complete this scope of work.
•This proposal assumes the panel board switch has a 2-week lead time from date of release.
•This proposal assumes all work, except for the shutdown, shall be performed during normal business
hours (Monday – Friday 7:00 A.M. – 3:30 P.M.).
•We are excluding design, drawings, permit, HVAC, any other special systems, fire alarm system,
liquidated damages, any paint and/or patch.
Our total bid price for this project is $ 8,831.
