Emergency Scope of Work Performed
-Called in by SJFD: Electrical Box hit, wires exposed. Verified. Type 3
Service KD. SLs out, intersection in auto on arrival. Technician cleaned all
debris, safed off wires and secured KD area. Called second
technician, drove to BS yard to gathered new service w/
extended adapter base. Arrived on site, prepped service for install.
Intersection went dark during prep. Found that service KD was
feeding intersection. Spliced AC in w/ PGE service. Installed new
pedestal, called PGE for new Smart Meter due to original meter
non op upon install. Walked intersection, found vehicle had also
made contact w/ MA Pole on NEC. RR knocked off HHC and
reinstalled SL ballast cover that had fallen off. PGE installed new
Smart Meter. Lock on original service uses unknown key. Left
original lock in signal cabinet and used spare lock to secure new
service pedestal. All ops ok upon departure
